From the moment your system is installed, our warranty covers eligible parts and labor, ensuring long-term performance and worry-free ownership. If repairs or replacements are needed, our dedicated team will handle them promptly and professionally.

Dual Warranty Protection for Your Irrigation System


Every new irrigation system installed by Best Irrigation comes with two layers of warranty coverage—giving you peace of mind from day one.


Best Irrigation One-Year Full Parts & Labor Warranty

Covers:

  • Installed components: controller, valves, sprinkler heads, pipe, backflow device


📌 Includes: Defects in materials or workmanship.

🚫 Excludes: Clogging from debris in water supply, damage from freezing or misuse, unauthorized repairs or modification.

⚠️ Warranty is void if any non-Best Irrigation company modifies or repairs the system.


Manufacturer Five-Year Limited Parts Warranty

Covers:

  • Parts Replacement of valves, rotors, spray heads, and controller


📌 Includes: Replacement of defective parts.

🚫 Excludes: Labor costs for replacement.

While our warranties offer strong protection, certain conditions are not covered. These exclusions help ensure fair and consistent service for all customers. Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Vandalism Damage caused intentionally or maliciously.
  • Natural Disasters Fire, flood, lightning, freezing, or other acts of nature.
  • Neglect or Improper Use Damage from misuse, lack of care, or external interference, including human activity, tools, lawnmowers or vehicles and damage caused by pests or animals
  • Unauthorized Service Any repairs, modifications, or servicing performed by a company other than Best Irrigation will void the warranty.
