Christmas Decor FAQ

  • What type of decorations do you offer?

    We specialize in roof lighting, wreaths, garland and tree lighting.

  • Do I have to purchase the materials?

    We supply all of the lighting and materials used in your decor package. We install them, service them and store them in our climate-controlled warehouse for the next year!

  • Do you carry insurance?

    Absolutely! We are licensed, bonded and insured and use our own dedicated staff "elves" for your installation and removal. We never use subcontractors.

  • What happens if our lights stop working?

    Your Christmas Decor package includes maintenance and we pay our elves to visit your property and look for service needs. If there is ever an issue, contact us and we'll get your service needs met.

  • Do I need to be home for this service?

    Most times our customers are not home for the installation, maintenance or removal service.
